On the ground floor you will find a spacious open plan kitchen and dining area that forms the heart of the home. The kitchen is well equipped for preparing everything from leisurely breakfasts to hearty suppers, featuring a traditional gas Aga alongside a range of useful appliances including a Bonson Kitchen filter coffee machine, air fryer, kettle, toaster, convection microwave and cafetière. A washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge and freezer are also provided for your convenience.

The dining area opens out onto a long and charming garden that stretches away from the house, offering a peaceful outdoor space to enjoy throughout the seasons.
